George Jewelry Terms of Purchase

Welcome to George Jewelry! We strive to offer our customers high quality, handmade jewelry. To ensure a smooth and transparent buying experience, we have compiled the following policy for buying jewellery. Please note that our jewelry is made to order and with expensive raw materials, which means that our policy needs to differ somewhat from the standard regulations according to the Swedish Distance Shopping Act, which we otherwise strive to follow.

Ordering

When you place an order with George Jewelry, it means that you are ordering the production of jewelry in our atelier. Each piece of jewelry is made uniquely for you according to your specifications. Therefore, be sure to check all details before completing your order.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Klarna
PayPal
Payment is debited at the time of ordering. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.

Delivery time

Delivery time varies depending on the specific piece of jewelry and its complexity. Please see each product for estimated delivery time. The delivery time can vary from 7 working days to 5 weeks. We always strive to keep you informed of production status and expected delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within Sweden. International shipping is calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped with trackable shipping and require a signature upon delivery. Please note that any customs fees and taxes for international orders are paid by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Because our jewelry is custom-made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply according to the Swedish Distance Shopping Act. We do not accept returns due to canceled purchases. If, however, there is something wrong with the jewelry upon receipt, please contact us immediately.

Right of return

We offer a right of return on products purchased from our warehouse. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item.

Exception

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Engraved products: Jewelry and other products that have been engraved to the customer's specifications.
• Special orders: Jewelry and other goods that have been ordered specifically according to the customer's wishes and specifications.

We ask for your understanding of these exceptions as these items are customized and therefore cannot be resold to other customers.

Return process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via email at [ customer service@webshop.com ] or call us at [phone number]. We will provide detailed instructions on how to return your goods.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if we have approved or rejected your refund. If the refund is approved, the amount will automatically be returned to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Complaints

We guarantee that our jewelery is of the highest quality. If, by chance, you discover a fault in your piece of jewelery upon receipt, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate the problem and offer a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Adjustments and Repairs

We offer customization and jewelry repairs for an additional cost. Contact us for a quote and to discuss your specific needs.
