Can you specially design jewelery at your place?

Of course we do, it is our specialty to specially design jewelry based on your inspiration images so that it is exactly what our customer wants.

Can I pick up my order in the store?

Yes! Remember to bring your ID with you and be ready with the order confirmation.

How long is the delivery time for engagement and wedding rings?

Delivery time varies depending on the specific piece of jewelry and its complexity. Please see each product for estimated delivery time. Delivery time can vary from 7-25 working days. Engagement rings take between 15-25 working days. Alliance rings 12-15 working days. Smooth rings take between 7-10 working days.

We always strive to keep you informed of production status and expected delivery.

Where are your rings made?

All our rings that we manufacture are manufactured and designed in our own workshop in our store on Södermalm in Stockholm.

Can I change/cancel my order?

You can do that, but here it is important to contact us via email as quickly as you can, so that a change/cancellation is possible for your order before it is sent away.

I have not received an order confirmation after my order!

Contact us via email to info@georgejewelry.se with your order/order number and we will send a new order confirmation.

What is the difference between an engagement ring and a wedding ring?

An engagement ring is a symbol of commitment and courtship, while a wedding ring is a symbol of marriage.

Can you wear an alliance ring as an engagement ring?

Of course you can have it. Many people choose wedding rings as a beautiful symbol of their engagement because of its elegance and significance.

Which Diamonds do we use?

We guarantee at least G color, SI clarity on our diamonds. With all diamonds over 0.25ct, a GIA is included. This is so that you can feel extra confident that the diamond you received keeps what we promised. For stones smaller than 0.25ct, certificates are issued by George Jewelry.
